A WordPress site nobody looks after slowly breaks down: plugins fall out of date, an update breaks a page, and security holes stay open. This plan puts our team in charge of that upkeep every month, and we tell you what we changed.
What’s included
- Updates tested first. We update WordPress, your theme and your plugins on a regular schedule, testing on a staging copy before your live site.
- Regular backups. Automatic backups mean your site can be restored if something goes wrong.
- Security checks. Malware scanning and firewall protection, plus cleanup if something gets through.
- Speed care. Caching, image compression and database cleanup to help your pages load quickly.
- Fixes and troubleshooting. We fix broken links, errors and features that stop working.
- Small content edits. Changes to the text, photos and product details on pages you already have.
- Regular summary. A summary of the updates, fixes and edits we made.
How it works
- Choose and order. Pick how many WordPress sites you want us to look after and check out.
- Give us access. Connect your WordPress site so we can work on it.
- Health check. We review your plugins, themes, PHP version, backups and security to set a starting baseline.
- Set the schedule. We set up automatic backups and a safe update routine for your site.
- Ongoing care. Every month we keep your site updated, checked and fixed, and make the small edits you ask for.
How pricing works
The only choice on this page is the number of websites. Each website is charged at the same monthly rate, so your monthly price is that rate multiplied by the number of websites you choose.
In your client dashboard
- Website visits. Once Google Analytics is connected, the Reporting tab shows how many people visit your site.
- Progress and monthly reports. Follow each setup step, then read each month’s report of our work.
- Files. Upload photos and documents for your edits and download what we share, all stored privately.
- Messages. Send edit requests and questions to the team looking after your site.
- Billing. See your plan and invoices, pay online and update your card.
Good to know
- Billed monthly with no end date and no long-term contract.
- Hosting is not included. If you want both, this plan pairs well with our Managed WordPress Hosting.
- We need access to your WordPress site to do the work.
