What’s included
- Monthly content calendar. We plan each month’s posts around your brand voice and the topics your customers care about.
- Static posts. We write, design and schedule the number of image posts you choose.
- Video posts. We produce the number of video posts you choose, not just post them.
- Your sign-off first. You review and approve your first content calendar before anything is posted.
- Posted to your profiles. Each post goes out to every social profile you connect, such as your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- Replies to your audience. We respond to comments and messages on the profiles we manage, in your brand voice.
How it works
- Tell us about your brand. A short form asks how you talk, what you never say and the subjects your customers care about.
- Connect your profiles. Choose the platforms you want us to post to and connect each one, then send us your logo and photos.
- Review your first calendar. We draft a month of posts and make your changes before anything goes live.
- Posting begins. Your approved calendar goes live, and from then on we plan and post each month.
How pricing works
Two choices set your plan. Static posts per month is how many image posts we design and publish each month. Video posts per month is how many video posts we produce. Your monthly price is built from the combination you pick. Choose zero for both, and you get management only, with no new posts.
In your client dashboard
- Your results. Your 1-on-1 meetings and monthly report cover how your posts are doing.
- Progress. Follow each setup step, including approving your first content calendar.
- Files. Upload your logo and photos for your posts and download what we share, all stored privately.
- Messages. Message the team posting for you directly.
- Billing. See your plan and invoices, pay online and update your card.
Good to know
- This plan covers unpaid posts on your profiles. Paid ads, and the ad budget behind them, are a separate service.
- The plan runs month to month.
